Towards Understanding is hosted by renowned interviewer and broadcaster Clayton Bjelan, whose conversational interview style allows guests to share their story in a way that inspires and challenges the audience.
Clayton is CEO of PositiveMedia, home of 89.9 TheLight, Melbourne’s Christian community radio station. Clayton joined the organisation in 2004 and has held a number of key roles, including Content Director, Head of Product Development, Chief Operating Officer, Group Transformation Manager, as well as host of Towards Understanding (previously known as “In Conversation” and “1 on 1”).
Clayton has had a long association with the Christian Media Industry. He currently serves on the Board of Christian Media & Arts Australia (CMAA).
